RubberFact is a brand of Fumi (Rizhao) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Headquartered in the Rizhao Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Shandong Province, we started with industrial seals as our core offering and have expanded into damping, protection, and custom structural components. Our customers span four key industries: automotive parts, medical devices, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
Our facility features a Class 10,000 cleanroom where medical-grade and electronic-grade products are manufactured on dedicated lines. From formula development and mold design to vulcanization and quality inspection, every step is managed in-house — ensuring consistency, traceability, and repeatable quality. Customers simply provide drawings or samples; we assess, prototype, and upon approval, move directly to production.
We maintain over 2,000 mold variants and 50+ proven material formulas. Our process engineering team brings a decade of rubber formulation expertise, enabling rapid material matching for demanding service conditions — extreme temperatures, aggressive chemical media, or high dynamic loads.

Zero-Defect Quality
Incoming · In-process · Outgoing triple-gate QC. Dimensions, hardness, and appearance of every batch are inspected. Non-conforming batches do not advance to the next stage and do not ship.

We analyze your actual operating parameters — temperature, media, pressure, dynamic loads — then recommend the most cost-effective material, never overselling unnecessary specifications.
Rapid Turnaround
Existing mold samples ship within 3 working days. New mold projects complete in 7–15 days. Standard inquiries receive same-day quotation replies.
